Yoga Flow

This class is for beginners and improvers. It includes strength, stretching, balance, breathing and some sweet relaxation at the end of each class.

Baby Massage

Baby massage classes are a great opportunity to get you out of the house for some special bonding time with your baby.

Baby Yoga
