breathe and to help you connect to yourself and who you really are. 

 

This class is for beginners and improvers. It includes strength, stretching, balance, breathing and some sweet relaxation at the end of each class.

Baby Massage can help your baby to sleep better, reduce crying and relieve problems such as wind, colic, constipation and reflux.
