Pregnancy Yoga classes include safe and gentle yoga postures, along with breathing techniques and relaxation exercises to help you approach your birth well prepared.
Baby massage can help your baby to sleep better, reduce crying and relieve problems such as wind, colic, constipation and reflux. It can also help reduce post-natal depression.
Classes are every Tuesday morning starting from 12th October for 5 weeks (excluding Tues 26th Oct) at 10am - 11:30am in David Lloyd's Riverview, Clonskeagh.
