As a proud mum of two, I know firsthand just how vibrant, wonderful, and sometimes overwhelming a child's world can be. My mission is to create a joyful, welcoming space where kids can step onto the mat, explore movement, and discover their own inner calm. I am deeply passionate about children's holistic wellness, and I am thrilled to share that Little Lotus recently won the Tots Spots Award for Best Class for Inclusivity 2026.
I am an experienced kids' yoga teacher, fully qualified and accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. My approach to wellness is multi-sensory and deeply nurturing; alongside yoga, I weave in play therapy skills, children's holistic sound therapy, and I am trained in Reiki Level 1. I am also a certified baby massage instructor (IAIM), meaning my practice supports connection, mindfulness, and emotional well-being right from the very start.
What to expect in my classes
Yoga with me is a grand adventure! I trade rigid alignment for imagination, storytelling, and plenty of giggles. My classes are a fun-filled blend of playful poses, gentle breathwork, and a creative focus on chakra connection to help kids easily understand and tap into their own unique energy centres. I also incorporate soothing sound elements designed to build emotional resilience.
Because I believe mindfulness should stretch beyond the classroom, every child goes home with their own special affirmation card each week to keep their positive energy flowing at home.
Commitment to inclusion
My classes are designed for primary school-aged children. At Little Lotus, we pride ourselves on being inclusive of all children and meeting needs as best as we can. I supply a sensory tent in every class for children who may need to take a few minutes to themselves and then rejoin the class when they feel ready.
The only requirement I ask for is for your child to have a genuine interest in learning yoga and mindfulness.

Questions parents ask
Quick answers about classes, booking and inclusion.
Is Little Lotus suitable for children with ASD or additional needs?
Yes — inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. Little Lotus won Best Class for Inclusivity at the TotsSpots Awards 2026, and every class is ASD-friendly: playful movement, breathing and calm, adapted so each child can take part at their own pace. If your child has specific needs, get in touch and Lyndsey will make sure they feel welcome and supported.
Where and when do kids yoga classes run in Dublin?
Two weekly venues: Saturdays at YMCA Parkside, Dublin 13 (11:30am & 12:30pm) and Wednesdays at River Holistic in Raheny Village, Dublin 5 (3:00pm). Little Lotus also runs baby massage courses, seasonal workshops and a schools programme across Dublin.
