If you're new to yoga, wish to get back into it again or you simply want to grow your practice, this is the class for you. Yoga isn't about how flexible you are, it's all about strengthening your body and your spine in all directions.
We'll break down the classic sun salutation, get an understanding of the link between breath and movement, learning the foundations of yoga at a slow, steady pace. This doesn't mean you won't be challenged. Each week we'll work on different areas of the body. We'll focus on the alignment of postures, we'll build strength and increase flexibility, in this fun yet challenging class. Every class will end with a well deserved relaxation to leave the stresses of your day behind.
By the end of our 6 week course, we'll be smoothly flowing postures together that are synchronised with your breath allowing you to move more freely. You'll be left feeling stronger, more flexible and toned.

Bring your own yoga mat and some water. If you don't have your own mat there is some available. Make sure to wear some comfy clothing too!
