Practicing yoga during this exciting time of your life is the ideal way to nature your body as you care for your growing baby. Leave the stresses of your day at the door, bond with your bump, do some gentle yoga exercises, breathing and positions for labour and end each class with some well deserved relaxation. Leave each class feeling rejuvenated, calm, relaxed and a little more prepared for labour.

Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for anyone over 14 weeks pregnant.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Classes are every Monday evening at 6:15pm - 7:30pm
Classes are 1 hour 15 mins and the course is taught over 6 weeks.

Directions: Enter St Benildus carpark and drive around to the right hand side of the car park. You'll see a narrow road. Follow the road around to the back of the school and the sports hall is down on the right with parking directly outside. The Yoga Studio is upstairs, around the corner, on the right!
We have plenty of yoga mats if you don't have your own. Make sure to wear some comfy clothing too!
€85 for a 6 week course which can be used over 8 weeks, if necessary.
