Pregnancy Yoga

Practicing yoga during this exciting time of your life is the ideal way to nurture your body as you care for your growing baby. Leave the stresses of your day at the door whilst you bond with your bump and do some gentle yoga exercises. Learn breathing exercises and positions for labour. Each class ends with some well deserved relaxation. So you'll leave feeling rejuvenated, calm, relaxed and a little more prepared for labour.

What to bring:

We have plenty of yoga mats if you don't have your own. Make sure to wear some comfy clothing too!

Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for anyone over 14 weeks pregnant.  

No previous experience of yoga is necessary.



€85 for a 5 week course.

Classes are every Monday evening at 6:00pm - 7:00pm

How long:

Classes are 1 hour and the course is taught over 5 weeks.
