Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga classes include safe and gentle yoga postures, along with breathing techniques and relaxation exercises to help you approach your birth well prepared.


Classes allow for discussions with like-minded mums to be and provide empowering information for birth.

Baby Massage

Baby Massage classes are a great opportunity to get you out of the house for some special bonding time with your baby.


Baby massage can help your baby to sleep better, reduce crying and relieve problems such as wind, colic, constipation and reflux.

Baby Yoga

Baby Yoga courses are great to strengthen your pelvic floor and your core muscles, relieve stress, tension and any tightness in your body, learn some new moves with baby and lots of new songs.


Join in the tea, coffee and chat afterwards to share valuable information and mothering skills.
